Decor
& You also offers the opportunity to own a Regional
Development Franchise. By assisting in the recruiting
and support of Decor Designers, you will receive 50% of franchise
fees & royalties.

Decor
& You provides its franchisees with a Regional
Director to support them through the developmental stages of
their growing businesses. Ongoing support also includes continuous
training in product knowledge, marketing, order placement and
follow-up. The Regional Director also provides coaching and
problem-solving assistance while tracking and nurturing the
success of each franchise. |
Decor
& You
provides a 12-day training program for all franchisees in two seperate phases, plus an additional 2-day program for Regional Directors. All aspects of the decorating business are covered, including color
and design, trends, product knowledge, client development, follow-up
skills, advertising and virtual decorating through computer graphics.
No prior experience in decorating is needed.
The Regional
Director training program focuses on marketing, the process of screening
and selecting franchisees, coaching, problem-solving skills and
monitoring and directing the success of each franchisee. A
Regional Director is not required to operate a decorating franchise
to own a region.
