As part of our system, Rotelli has developed an effective process
for serving the highest quality food. We offer a wide range of services
to enhance our guests dining needs including complete table service,
take-out or courtesy delivery. Our well-rouned menu – unique
appetizers, traditional and gourmet pizza, freshly made pastas with
a choice of sauces made with 100% imported tomatoes from Italy,
hearty soups, salads tossed to order, hot and cold subs, rich desserts,
specialty coffees, beer and wine.
LOCATION
At Rotelli, our experienced management team has assembled a comprehensive
site selection process to enable our franchisees to select and acquire
the ideal location within their contractual territories. This first
step in restaurant development is certainly one of the most critical.
That’s why our area developers and franchisee’s only
work with the top commercial Realtors and real estate developers
in their market. 
Each of our restaurants shares a distinctive operating system,
decor, and menu, all designed for our guest. Our space – a
warm and rich environment of approximately 1800-2500 square feet
selected with our guest in mind to maximize traffic flow, brand
exposure, foot traffic, and sales volume.
THE TRAINING
Like all members of the Rotelli Team, the Rotelli Training staff
is distinguished by its experience and expertise in food service,
restaurant ownership and training. Our program is designed to educate
our franchise partners in not only the day-to-day operational excellence,
but also the financial growth of their  business.
Your initial training will include 4 to 8 weeks combining classroom
and restaurant training. Upon the completion of your initial training,
you will be placed in an existing Rotelli restaurant as a continuation
of your training to develop your competency and master all facets
of the operations. The importance of proper training and the maintenance
of your skills are essential to your succcess. The team at Rotelli
will be there to provide continuing support and training through
every step of your Rotelli experience.
BRAND EQUITY
At Rotelli we approach marketing from both a national and a grass
roots perspective. Each Rotelli franshisee contributes to a national
marketing fund that provides a consolidated marketing and branding
effort. Our national marketing fund will utilize newspaper, radio,
and television advertising to build awareness for the Rotelli brand.
To support your local store restaurant efforts, Rotelli provides
access to local and customized yearly, quarterly, monthly and daily
marketing strategies to assist your sales building techniques. These
plans will include grand opening, direct mail programs, in-store
contests, take-out and delivery promotions, door hangers with coupons,
charity events, and hundreds of other field marketing vehicles.
